Kristen Beireis has been a Music Teacher, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Online Retail Business Owner, Singer/Actress, and Voice-Over Artist.  Each one of these careers has trained her to be The Coach’s Marketing Coordinator.  She’s had to market herself online and offline as a performing artist.  She learned how to start, manage, and run and online business through failing at her own attempt to start an online retail store.  Through all of Kristen’s Administrative and Teaching experiences, she’s always been one to go into a new situation, evaluate, and look for ways to improve; whether it was requested or not.

Kristen fell in love with the coaching industry and the process of coaching when she hired her own coach in 2005.  Through that process, she completely rearranged her life, her priorities, and her dreams in order to match her values.  This included leaving her dream of singing on Broadway and moving back home to Ohio.  It also included designing her own business around her life and attending coach training at CTI.

Kristen has a deep passion for coaching and believes that everyone could use a coach. She believes coaching enlivens peoples' lives, wakes people up, and helps people live their dreams. She believes that coaching is changing the world and opening up possibilities for more love, peace and understanding. Kristen also believes that each and every one of her clients has something unique to share with the world and it is her job to help them, provide them with resources, and hold them accountable for achieving their dreams.

Kristen built Coaches’ Marketing Source to support individual coaches in their daily work, to make "business" easier, and to help them create more time for coaching. It is Kristen’s hope that through the work she does every day, more and more people will be exposed to coaching and the amazing changes it can create in their lives.

Kristen is the team leader and the Marketing Coordinator.  Her role as The Coach’s Marketing Coordinator is to take a marketing plan, help the coach decide what is going to be needed in order to achieve the plan, and then create an implementation strategy that will get them there.  Her team focuses on the implementation aspect of all the marketing.  As a specialized team, each professional has their role and knows where that fits into a marketing plan.  Attention to detail and making sure that each piece of marketing is as effective as it can be, are the highest priorities.

Kristen’s passion for coaching, love for marketing, and fascination with holding visions, makes this career a perfect match.  Kristen has found a career that honors her values and allows her to have a life too.
